There’s a nip in the air, the leaves are putting on their fall show and everything is available in pumpkin spice. That means it’s time for Middletown Friends Meeting’s Annual Auction! Donations are arriving daily, and the bidding catalog is now available.

An updated catalog will be available weekly at the link above; bidding will be updated and new items added as they are received. Check back regularly to see if you are still the highest bidder! There will be several opportunities to view the items in person during the final week.
There will be two open houses in the week leading up to the auction where you can come see the items on display and place early bids. Please join us on Sunday, Nov. 5 from 12:15 to 2:15 p.m. and Wednesday, Nov. 8 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Some items really need to be seen to be fully appreciated.
Emailed or texted bids will be accepted up through midnight on Thursday, November 9. The auction will conclude on Friday, November 10, with a potluck dessert on the porch of Middletown Meetinghouse at 6:00 pm and both in-person and Zoom final bidding in the meetinghouse at 7:00 pm.
Auction proceeds go to support of the meeting’s Ministry & Nurture committee, which disburses funds throughout the year to support donation requests from organizations and individuals.
