Outreach Grant Application
Purpose
To provide Meetings within Bucks Quarter the financial resources to support their outreach efforts.
Cycle
Cycle 3 runs from July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024.
Amount
Up to $500 per cycle.
Eligibility
Any Meeting within Bucks Quarter is eligible to apply for a grant.
Application submission
Upon project approval by the Monthly Meeting, their Outreach Committee or another designated committee can complete and submit the online application.
Application timeframe
Monthly Meetings can submit their grant applications anytime between July 1, 2023 and June 30, 2024.
Review & Approval
Upon receipt of a Meeting’s application, the Bucks Quarter Outreach Committee will review the application in a timely manner and funds will be distributed upon approval.
Reporting to Quarterly Meeting
Meetings receiving outreach grants are asked to report on how the grant money was used in their Annual Report to Bucks Quarterly Meeting.
