Middletown Friends Meeting

The home of Nicholas Waln near Neshaminy Creek was the first meeting place for Middletown Friends meeting in 1683. A schoolmaster was hired and the first school in the area begun. The meetinghouse and school were used as a hospital during the battle of Trenton. The present building was built in 1793. You can download the April 2008 newsletter.
