Friends met regularly in Doylestown by 1806, and the
present meetinghouse was built in 1836. The meeting was indulged under
Buckingham until 1951, when Doylestown Monthly Meeting was established.
The basement expansion was done largely by the members in 1955. Here is the January edition of
Doylestown Friends News, the monthly newsletter of Doylestown Friends Meeting.
